Last year, I went up to the stage in total disbelief as "Kimberly Byrge, of OTC, Inc." was called out and named 2023 Woman-Owned Business of the Year! I had no script written, just pure in-the-moment gratitude. And if you've heard the story, yes, I dropped my phone recording a video to capture who the winner would be, knowing it wouldn't be me! haha 

This past year has been nothing short of transformative for both myself and our company. We’ve nearly tripled in size!!! We've embraced exciting new challenges while staying true to our mission of solving some of the toughest problems for our war-fighters. And I've been blessed to get to use my platform to speak to and mentor others.

And today I get to share the absolute highlight of our recent Small Business Awards... Passing the torch to this year’s 2024 Woman-Owned Business of the Year, Julie Martz of 4M Research, Inc.. Congratulations to you! 

This award isn’t just about recognition – it’s a celebration of resilience, leadership, and the incredible journey women take when they step up to lead their companies. Holding the title of 2023 Woman-Owned Business of the Year has been an honor. I’m beyond excited for Julie as she embarks on her own next chapter as the 2024 award winner!.

As for OTC, there’s so much more on the horizon. The future is bright, and I can't wait for it.
